Shepherd Tactical is an online retailer of Military, Law Enforcement, and Medical gear for all your needs. Here at Shepherd Tactical, we maintain the highest level of service to each of our customers, you. Each of your orders are unique in nature and we have the best service working on each order for you. We offer many different brands and styles to fit your military and tactical needs. We also have a full line of Law Enforcement supplies to keep our boys in blue fighting on the home front. If you are looking for an item that you just don’t see in our inventory, please email us and request whatever and how ever many you need. Bulk pricing available upon request. Most requests are replied to within one to two business days. All of our orders are shipped within one to two weeks of purchase excluding weekends, holidays and non business days based solely on availability of stock. If an item is on back order you will be notified via email. Please provide accurate delivery and shipping information as this will aid Shepherd Tactical in getting your purchases to you quickly. Shepherd Tactical inspects the products that come into our inventory. We inspect each product before we package and ship it to you. If you receive the wrong product, we ask that you package the product in the manner in which you received it and we will have it picked up at no cost to you (US orders only). We will then send out the correct item to you at no additional charge for shipping. We make good on our mistakes. If you order something, receive it and wish to return it for any reason, you must package the product in the manner in which it was received. You are responsible for all shipping charges and you will receive a refund for the products only (minus a 20% restocking fee) but keep in mind that you will need a return confirmation number from Shepherd Tactical for all refunds prior to sending the item back. If an order is going to an APO or International address it cannot have a tracking label placed on the package, Shepherd Tactical is not responsible for any missed deliveries, non deliveries, damaged or other wise. Once a package leaves Shepherd Tactical the product(s) are no longer Shepherd Tactical's responsibility and all claims must be filed with USPS by the customer. At that point the product can be reordered. Customers may purchase insurance by sending Shepherd Tactical an email to info@shepherdtactical.com. Shepherd Tactical is not responsible for any typos or discrepancy of any kind, pricing, descriptions etc. We also reserve the right to pull any product at anytime for any reason whether it is on order, advertised, discontinued, out of stock, manufacturers defect etc.  All special orders (i.e. nametapes) are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Once a special order is completed and paid for, it is considered a purchase on the customer’s part. All orders that have been placed by the customer are charged immediately. This follows the terms and policies set by our payment gateway. All cancellations must be conducted within one day of the purchase and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee which is calculated by the entire amount charged, product and shipping. If for some reason Shepherd Tactical needs to get a hold of you, (i.e. you order an item that requires personalization and you did not include it in your order) and you do not respond to our emails or phone calls, Shepherd Tactical reserves the right to cancel your order after seven (7) days and refund your purchase, minus a 30% Cancellation/No Contact fee which is calculated by the entire amount charged, product and shipping. Emails and phone messages are responded to in the order in which they are received and at most times within one business day. Under no circumstances will Shepherd Tactical deal with any rude and/or vulgar language, phone calls, emails or the like.
